Using Great Fabrics in Your TShirt Quilt

The Fabric Makes The Quilt!

You've always heard about the "clothing makes the man", well "fabric makes the quilt! "  Using the highest quality fabric and materials make  the best quilts. 

Have you ever bought those 180 or 200 thread count sheets?  Remember how those little nubbies made them uncomfortable to sleep on?  Your quilt (or blanket) can have the same thing happen over time and use if you don't use high quality fabrics in your quilt.    Don't settle for cheap 'solid' color fabrics or fabrics from Jo-Anns or Wal-mart.  

ASK your potential t-shirt quilt maker where she gets her fabric.  Does she order the fabric - or require you to provide the fabric for your quilt as the order comes in?
